Elevate Fitness is currently accepting applications for future openings for the role of Full-Time Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate is an entry-level Marketing position that doubles as a Front Desk Associate. This is an excellent position for someone interested in, or new to the field of marketing with a great attitude and an outgoing personality.

Qualified candidates will be fitness enthusiasts, love working with people and thrive in busy work environments but be skilled at remaining productive and accountable in a highly distracting and energetic environment. Multi-tasking skills are an absolute must for this position. The Marketing Associate with work closely with the Marketing Director to assist with daily administrative tasks as well as handling assigned workflow relative to campaign planning, development, and execution.

Marketing Associate Job Description

The following description provides a general overview of the position of Marketing Associate for Elevate Fitness Clubs. Note: this is a hybrid position, and also requires the employee in this role to fulfill the requirements of Front Desk Associate in addition to those outlined here. This description is not meant to be an exhaustive or complete list of tasks or description of specific workflow expectations.

Job Brief

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to help plan and implement our marketing and advertising initiatives and to assist the Marketing Director in the management of daily workflow.

For this role, you should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with basic graphic design concepts, PPC advertising platforms and practices and a variety of social media channels. You must be proficient in Adobe InDesign software, Microsoft Office and other technologies.

Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Gather and analyze prospect and member behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
Assist with organizing promotional events
Coordinate with the Marketing Director to create advertising material (e.g. blog posts, content, brochures, and newsletters)
Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
Monitor competitors’ marketing activities

Requirements

Experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role or education
Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
Experience with SEO/PPC campaigns
Computer skills including Excel, Adobe, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
Degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred, but not required
